Educators know what it takes to make successful schools: talented teachers, a great school community, involved parents, committed students and the resources to give those students what they need to learn and grow.

That's why NJEA educators are taking the lead in the education reform debate. Too often, people with no real knowledge of how education works try to steer the conversation. They pursue political agendas that have nothing to do with education and end up hurting children.

Our education reform proposals are based on solid research and real classroom experience. We know what works, and we are ready to fight for it.
